Shipping policy

UK (excluding N. Ireland and the Scottish Highlands)

Once an order is placed, allow 1-2 working days for it to be processed and dispatched.

DPD - Orders shipped via DPD will be on a next day delivery service. Some local DPD areas exclude Saturday deliveries so weekends cannot be guaranteed. Keep an eye out for notifications from DPD, you'll receive a link via text or email once your order has been dispatched. Following this link you should be able to update any delivery preferences and track your parcel.

DHL - Orders sent via DHL will be shipped to you on a Next Working Day service. You will receive an email notification letting you know your order is being dispatched. This email will provide you with options for tracking and diverting your parcel if needed along with contact details for customer support.

N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man

Orders made from N. Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will be shipped via DPD, which can take a few days to arrive. Orders will be dispatched 1-2 working days after the day the order is made.

Isle of Man orders will be shipped via DPD International Economy, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

Please note: Our plants are shipped directly from our friends at OHSO Floral HQ. Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day via Royal Mail for next working day delivery (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
