What if I have a damaged or missing item?


If your items have arrived and you've found the items are damaged or are missing from the order, please take a photo and contact us via the contact form and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.




I've missed my deliveries and it's been sent back!


If our couriers have attempted to deliver a parcel to you and it has ended up being sent back to us, we ask for a small redelivery fee (based on parcel size and weight) to cover the extra delivery cost. We ask the same if an error was made at the customers end with the delivery information (e.g. Incorrect flat number) resulting in the order being refused and sent back to us.




Can I add to my order?


If you forgot to add that extra bag of worm poo, it's ok don't panic! As long as you let us know using the contact us page on the same day as the original order, then just pop in another with what you'd like and we will refund the second delivery fee once dispatched! However, if you’ve realised you want to add something and it’s after the day of order, just contact us via our form and we will simply give you a full refund and ask you redo the order with the extra stuff you want! Please note this means the order will have a new, later dispatch date.




Can I swap or remove items?


If you decided against one of the items you've ordered and don't want to replace it, just let us know via the contact form and we will refund you those items. If you'd like to swap out an item for a different one, or different size, then we will give you a full refund and ask that you redo the order. Please note this means the order will have a new, later dispatch date.




I need to change my address!


If you’d like to change the delivery address you've given, just use our contact form and we will edit it for you!

How does delivery work? (Domestic and International)


UK (excluding N. Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) Orders are shipped via DPD’s 24-hour carbon neutral service and dispatched the next working day.​ Free delivery on orders over £50, so stock up and save! Keep an eye out for the confirmation email with your 1-hour time slot for the next day. N. Ireland and the Scottish Highlands Orders made from N. Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will be shipped via DPD 48-hour service. EU shipping Coming Soon




How do returns work?


If you are unhappy with the products you've received, please don't hesitate to contact us via our contact page and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If items are sealed and unused, we are happy for you to return them and we will refund the cost of the item.





Soil

How do I know I'm picking the right soil?


Well, of course if your plant is an Alocasia, the Alocasia mix is probably the best bet! However, if your plant isn't the namesake of any of our mixes, then it’s all about which of the mixes matches that plant’s needs, such as moisture retention. For instance, our Calathea and Maranta mix is also great for begonias as they both enjoy their soils staying lightly moist. Or conversely, our Cacti and Succulent mix is great for sansevieria. Which enjoy a decent dry out between waterings, so a quick-drying cacti mix is probably the best shout!
